I stumbled across @rippedtoshredz Instagram page and knew I needed to have him as my coach! I knew how to workout, but I needed help with finding a new relationship with food.
I still continue to work with Kale because he is an amazing person with so much knowledge and understanding with how the body works. If you are thinking about hiring a coach, I recommend RTSF 1000 times over! If anything just follow his page, he gives info that you can relate to and can apply in your everyday life.
